This role is Full-Time / Fixed Term community service based at Te Puia Springs Hospital on our beautiful East Coast

Providing culturally grounded, community-based mental health assessment, intervention and support for tamariki and rangatahi (0–18 years) and their whānau within the Ngāti Porou rohe.

The role operates within a whānau-centred, strengths-based model of care, supporting access to appropriate services and contributing to positive mental health and wellbeing outcomes.
