TCM Clinic Attendant 中医诊所助理
To support our growth and expanding network of clinics, we are seeking a TCM Clinic Attendant to join our existing and future branches.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide TCM therapy services such as healthcare massage (Tuina), cupping, gua sha (scraping) and other treatments from our service menu.
- Assist TCM physicians during consultations and treatments when required.
- Deliver excellent patient and customer service, ensuring a comfortable and professional clinic experience.
- Handle patient enquiries and support customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, cleanliness, and treatment room readiness.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic supervisor or management.
