Our client a well established Accounting firm in Stellenbosch is seeking the services of an experienced Tax / Secretarial Administrator.

Min Requirements 5+ years experience in Secretarial administration for Companies / Close Corporations (CIPC) 5+ years experience in administration for Trusts (Master of the High Court) Experience in Tax Administration for SARS is essential. Experience in Estate administration will be advantageous. Duties will include the following Annual returns CIPC Company Deregistration (CIPC & SARS), Name Reservering, Transfer of shares, Foundation & Registration with SARS, Issuance / Allocation of shares, Issuance of share certificate, Change of directors (Co R 39), Change of registered address, Changing year-ending (CIPC & SARS), Change of name.
