Tax Manager – Partner Affairs and Tax (London)

This is a 12‑month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. The role focuses on UK partnership and partner personal tax matters for a team of thirteen tax and accounting professionals. Flexibility and a hands‑on approach are needed during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

• UK tax returns – preparation and review of partners’ UK tax returns, including amendments to provisional returns filed for the previous tax year.
• Support to junior members of the UK tax compliance team, including review of tax returns, preparation of base information and checklists for the next cycle of tax return preparation in 2027.
• Management of UK tax payments and liaison with the accounting team to post accurate entries to general ledgers.
• Cash flow forecasting and communication to key stakeholders.
• Preparation of Double Tax Relief (DTR) calculations.
