Tax Manager:

We are working with a leading global Financial Services group to hire a Tax Manager to support the Head of Tax across a diverse international portfolio.

This is a broad, hands‑on role covering corporate tax compliance, reporting, and strategic projects, with exposure to multiple jurisdictions including the UK and Europe.

The role is a 12‑15 month contract and candidates will ideally be available from June onwards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee corporate tax returns and international filings
• Review tax reporting under UK GAAP and IFRS
• Manage IPT, withholding tax, and transfer pricing matters
• Support on M&A activity, restructuring, and OECD Pillar 2 projects
• Partner with external advisors and internal stakeholders
• Drive improvements in tax processes, controls, and governance
