SITE SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS

• Assisting in dispatching drivers outbound drivers at the dispatch window


• Assisting in communicating inbound shipments when they arrive at the dispatch window


• Assisting in communication with customer locations and driver fleet


• Responsible for systematically shipping loads in both the TMS and WMS system


• Responsible for completing outbound BOL packets for outbound shipments leaving the facility


• Responsiblefor processing and organizing inbound BOL packets from returning routes


• Completing dispatch and delivery exceptions reporting


• Maintaining trackers and organizational tools to assist with dispatches, payroll, and OSD compliance


• Generating vendor invoices for invoicing shipments hauled
