Hillingdon Council is looking for a Targeted Lead Programme Delivery Worker – Sexual Health and Wellbeing to join our Youth Offer service.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people by leading targeted interventions that promote positive outcomes, build resilience and reduce risks associated with sexual health and relationships.

Working as part of the Hillingdon Youth Offer, you will deliver education, prevention and targeted support programmes, helping young people make informed choices and develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive. You will also provide leadership and support to Programme Delivery Workers, ensuring high‑quality services are delivered across the borough.
