Position Overview
Mission.
You are responsible for the entire selection process (calls, physical interviews…) and recruitment, including the onboarding of our new consultantsYou will be in charge of the consultant’s career path (training & certification)You also provide the necessary communication and feedback to the candidates and the internal managementEnsure the relevance between candidates and current open positionsAssess training and coaching needs in order to improve effectiveness and design career plansCoordinate and follow up the needs with the Barcelona teamEnsure the people strategy, global principles/guidelines, and relevant business plans relate and come together in a local HR action plan that is operationally implemented and lived up toAssist in various ad-hoc tasks related to the company’s life and internal projects Required profile.
