Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Support the administration and smooth execution of performance management cycles – goal setting, quarterly reviews, and annual reviews.
- Maintain trackers, documentation, frameworks and guidelines related to performance processes.
- Consolidate performance data, identify recurring themes or patterns and prepare summaries for review discussions.
- Support follow‑ups on action items arising from performance cycles.
Succession Planning
- Maintain and update succession planning data, role mappings and readiness trackers.
- Support talent review processes by preparing data dashboards and discussion material.
- Track development actions for succession‑ready or high‑potential employees and follow up on progress.
- Conduct research and benchmark to support succession and talent discussions.
