GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Support the Talent Manager with the day-to-day responsibilities of the People Department across various areas, including recruitment, events, employment forums, policy development, and onboarding and offboarding processes.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Being the People point of contact for other interns at the company. Resumes screening in LinkedIn and other sources. Phone approach to candidates to search for operative data. Conducting interviews and searching for the best talent. Having direct contact with universities, associations, business schools and academic centers to settle the internships terms and conditions. Assist in the integration of new hires and coordinate with other departments to ensure that the process is performed successfully.
