Job Summary
Owns the overall Talent & Influencer Operations function, including strategy, revenue targets, team direction, influencer/talent network growth, and performance standards. Leads the department to deliver measurable business results through influencer campaigns, talent commercialization, and relationship management.

- Department Strategy & KPI Ownership: Set the department direction and performance system that turns influencer/talent operations into measurable revenue outcomes. Build KPI discipline across sourcing, activation, conversion, and retention, and ensure the team consistently delivers against targets through clear priorities and corrective action.
