Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Organize monthly lunch for new joiners and senior leaders.
  • Responsible for Day 1 readiness and creating a superlative new joiner experience. This includes collaborating with Hiring Managers to timely identify and prepare workspace. Identifying a “Buddy” for all new joiners and sending timely email to Hiring Managers and Buddies to welcome new joiners during Onboarding.
  • Identify employees and encouraging them to participate in “Employee Spotlight” by answering a Q&A about themselves, before publishing it on IFZA Connect for employee visibility.
  • Arrange IFZA breakfast for employees twice a week.
  • Responsible for updating and publishing IFZApedia (list of IFZA specific words) on IFZA Connect on a regular basis.
  • Organize quarterly IFZA Birthday celebration for employees which requires collaboration with P&C Ops team and F&B team.
