Summary TD Manager(Regional) is responsible for building and scaling talent development and leadership capability initiatives for Atome Financial across the region. This role partners closely with regional business leaders and HR stakeholders to translate business strategy into practical development programmes that accelerate employee growth, strengthen leadership bench strength, and build a sustainable talent pipeline for critical roles.
