Our Learning and Development team is growing! Are you looking for a role where you can help build components of this brand-new position and drive CNL’s learning and development ambition? As the Talent Development Manager you will develop, implement, and oversee talent programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance to support CNL’s strategy and business ambition.

Can you strategically align talent management programs that connect and integrate key HR/business activities—such as workforce planning and succession planning—to build our human capital for the future? Will you collaborate with leadership to develop experiences that build capabilities for frontline, emerging, and executive leaders?
