POSITION SUMMARY


  • Provide administrative support for the assigned Talent & Culture department.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions

  • Coordinate FMLA and employee leaves including but not limited to, distribution, maintaining and tracking all FMLA leaves and related records

  • Process qualifying event benefit changes in SAP

  • Follow up and maintain new employee benefit enrollment and dependent documentation

  • Conduct exit interviews and off-boarding

  • Complete reports for Verification of Employment and I-9’s

  • Respond and process unemployment claims

  • Coordinate employee benefit meetings, including but not limited to, annual Open Enrollment meetings, 401(k) meetings, wellness meetings and Health ...
