We are seeking an experienced and detail‑orientated recruiting leader to work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders to proactively secure the best talent for Siemens Energy. This role will suit individuals who enjoy leading and developing a high‑performing recruitment team while driving operational excellence and fostering teamwork to achieve hiring goals. In addition to overseeing day‑to‑day recruitment delivery, you will be motivated by implementing new initiatives, driving process improvements, and supporting continuous enhancement of our Talent Acquisition function. Working directly for the Global Head of Talent Acquisition in Transformation of Industry, you’ll be responsible for TA strategy and delivery within your assigned region, acting as the key point person for all Transformation of Industry business projects in Europe.
