We’re looking for an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition professional to help us attract, hire, and retain top talent who align with our values and ambitions. This individual contributor role is 80% talent acquisition and 20% HR & Culture, with the potential to transition to more HR & Culture over time for the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles and other positions, from refining job descriptions to final candidate recommendations.
- Proactively source and engage experienced developers through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, community and professional networks.
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate technical capabilities and cultural fit.
- Partner with leadership and developers to understand team needs and ensure hiring aligns with business goals.
