Job description Context of the position  Under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition & People Partner manager, you are in charge of the recruitment for the corporate & executive areas, as well as the follow-up of the Corporate perimeter.  Outcomes to be accomplished Monitoring of the Talent Attraction & sourcing strategy You will be responsible for the implementation of the sourcing strategy in your area.

You will put in place a sourcing strategy adapted to the needs of the company, you will ensure that it is properly applied in the field and you will monitor the results.

Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Monitoring of sourcing campaigns.

Management of the relationship with existing partners and development of new partnerships.
