We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Talent Acquisition Officer to help us attract, engage, and onboard the best talent. You’ll play a key role in shaping our workforce by sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates while ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate interviews and manage staffing requirements for staff and junior officers.
• Negotiate packages for applicants.
• Handle pre-employment documentation and ensure timely turnover of requirements to Compensation & Benefits.
• Build partnerships with schools and participate in campus recruitment.
• Maintain employee records and endorse them for safekeeping.
• Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and update recruitment forms when needed.
• Coordinate with manpower providers and Legal for contract reviews.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
