Mission

We are looking for a resilient and strategic leader to manage our Talent Acquisition front focused on the core business. You will be responsible for leading a team of 3 to 5 recruiters, ensuring efficiency in closing operational and tactical positions (Logistics, Transportation, etc.) nationwide. In addition to direct people management, you will act as the primary link between HR, business leaders, and external search firms, always focusing on process optimization and performance metrics.

• Lead, develop, and engage a distributed team across different regions of Brazil, ensuring cultural alignment and high-quality delivery.
