• Demand Management: Utilize a strong understanding of the Client Demand Sheet and client needs to prioritize and proactively source talent for upcoming and urgent requirements.

• Process Expertise: Leverage expert-level knowledge of the Client Workday Portal to manage requisitions, candidate tracking, and reporting efficiently.
