Position Overview
Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, define candidate requirements, and execute recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates through job boards, referrals, and professional networks. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate engagement, job offers, and onboarding coordination. Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring managers and HR stakeholders. Support business development activities, including stakeholder management and proposal preparation. Assist in strategic planning and project execution to ensure timely delivery of objectives. Maintain HR records, employee files, leave administration, and documentation in compliance with company procedures.
