Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering concepts and practices. Proven track record in designing, constructing, and maintaining tailings storage facilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
