Job Description:
As a Tactical Healthcare Security Officer, you respond to alarms, emergency requests, and use your excellent verbal de-escalation skills to resolve incidents within the Emergency Department. You always maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling private information, and you never forget to smile while providing your incredible customer service.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Monitoring the Emergency Department (ED), managing any aggressive behavior of visitors, or patients within the ED; Providing security presence and support throughout the Emergency DepartmentConduct sets of rounds within the waiting room and the rest of the ED areasAssisting clinical staff with patients and/or visitors who are aggressive, using an abusive or threatening language or gestures.
