We are seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization's hiring objectives. The role is responsible for driving the complete recruitment lifecycle, including talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. The incumbent will partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure timely closure of open positions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, candidate engagement, strategic thinking, and proficiency in Workday (WD) to support efficient hiring operations and deliver a seamless recruitment experience.
