The Socio‑Vocational Integration (SVI) teacher provides training, guidance, constructive feedback, and practical resources to home‑care residence staff through both individual coaching and group sessions.

The role focuses on empowering staff by cultivating interpersonal awareness, emotional intelligence, and professional confidence—enabling them to deliver compassionate, high‑quality, person‑centered care to all residents, while also fostering respectful, collaborative relationships with coworkers.
