Systems Engineer

role is responsible for assisting other team members in implementing solutions in consideration of high availability, resilience, manageability, and reliability requirements.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES :

Support and manage server infrastructure across multiple US Data Centers.

Build, manage, and maintain Windows-based systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Build, and configure systems as requested by the business and other technical teams.

Support all existing physical and virtual infrastructure.

Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.

Work with other team members to identify, develop, and support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for infrastructure systems.

Provide hands-on support of systems, software, and technology.
