Job Purpose

To provide specialist technical expertise and support in the installation, configuration, testing, optimization, maintenance, and support of hardware, operating systems, systems software, and related infrastructure. The role is responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability, performance, and security of enterprise systems while providing technical leadership and troubleshooting support.

Key Responsibilities Systems Administration & Support

• Install, configure, maintain, and support server hardware and operating systems.
• Manage Windows, Linux, and other enterprise operating environments.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and software deployments.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal availability and reliability.
• Provide advanced technical support for infrastructure-related incidents and problems.
