AD administration, creation, modification, deletion of user id, groups, permissions, gpo policy
Ensure all systems are configured and set up according to the agency security standards and requirement.
Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
Perform change management and service request related to client platforms.
Monitor and ensure all SLAs are met
