Job Description

Support and maintain middleware infrastructure which include, Oracle WebLogic, JBoss EAP/EWS, Apache Web, Apache Tomcat, IIS, SFTP, Active Batch on both Unix & Windows platforms

Managed and administered Domains, Clusters, JDBC Connection Pools, JDBC Data sources, and other resources on application infrastructure

Provide technical expert support for managed workloads, including analyzing and resolving incidents, problem, service request and change process management

Perform Incident Management such as investigate and troubleshoot incident ticket, providing root cause analyze till resolution of middleware application servers

Regularly perform patch management for all middleware servers and involved in Change Management meeting

Technical analysis of production platforms to identify and remediate performance issues
