Responsibilities

• Support test truck builds and troubleshoot electrical/electronic issues directly on vehicles
• Perform software updates, controller configuration, and validation activities
• Install, modify, and replace electrical and electronic components as needed
• Conduct structured root cause analysis and fault tracing activities
• Capture and analyze CAN data using tools like Vector CANalyzer
• Perform diagnostics, measurements, and vehicle functional checks
• Troubleshoot wiring harnesses, sensors, controllers, and ADAS systems
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to resolve vehicle issues
• Create and maintain defect reports, troubleshooting documentation, and vehicle approval documents
• Support road approval activities and system verification testing
• Update diagnostic databases and provide continuous improvement feedback
