Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Troubleshoot server issues during system failures or incidents.
- Provide network troubleshooting support when required.
- Support Windows Server OS updates and maintenance.
- Work with virtualisation platforms such as VMware and Hyper‑V.
- Support Linux / Red Hat environments at command line level.
- Maintain and support SIRMS and VSAT systems.
- Generate system logs and assist with fault investigation.
- Support the Fault Reporting Centre by receiving calls and handling helpdesk matters.
- Provide bi‑weekly standby phone support and go onsite when L1 support is unable to resolve the issue.
Job Requirements - Experience in infrastructure, server, or system support.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux command line, Red Hat, VMware, and Hyper‑V.
