ABOUT THE ROLE

Deliver clearly defined business and process analysis and specialist business systems activities, to develop improvements and/or solutions and ensure their effective implementation to enhance operational performance.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure new and improved functionality within Fleet Management ERP (Miles) and other SG Fleet systems to meet business requirements.
• Manage problem resolution by collaborating with technical, business stakeholder and solution delivery team colleagues.
