The Goochland Family YMCA is currently seeking a part time Swim Lesson Coordinator to help supervise, implement and coordinate our swim lesson programs! We need someone with evening and weekend availability.

Duties of a Swim Lesson Coordinator

Swim lesson coordinators will assist in providing leadership to our aquatics staff. Some duties include managing and training staff and maintaining facility cleanliness. Coordinators should be results driven and able to build relationships with staff and members. Coordinators must be available to work up to 25 hours per week. Direct service is required as well as the flexibility to fill in as needed.
