As Regional CRM Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the full customer lifecycle strategy for Sweden. Your mission is simple (but not easy): drive engagement, retention, and long‑term player value through smart, compliant, and data‑driven CRM initiatives. You will work cross‑functionally with product, content, design, and data teams, while acting as the go‑to person for everything CRM related in your market.
