Under the direct supervision of the HR Officer (ERP Solutions), the successful candidate will gather the different data needed in Foundation Tables, coordinate with National HR Officers the testing of changes, and provide technical resources to support IOM HR operations across Country, Regional, Global Shared Services, and Headquarters.
Additional responsibilities include administering entitlements in Core HR, Compensation, and Benefit modules; investigating entitlement data sources; updating intranet data for post adjustments, PTA, Hardship, R&R, National Social Security, premiums, and insurance; and providing backup in the administration of the Areas of Responsibility (AOR) and related HR roles.
