We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse skilled in the Operating Room to support surgical services on a contract basis. This role plays a vital part in providing patient-centered care before, during, and after surgical procedures while collaborating with surgeons, surgical technologists, and other medical team members.
Key Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Demonstrated experience in the Operating Room setting
- Solid understanding of surgical aseptic techniques and safety protocols
- BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
- Capacity to remain calm and organized in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
