Position Description: Contract Guarantee hours= 72 Hours Biweekly on all Assignments these guaranteed hours do not include any on-call time worked

Comments And Notes: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. NBSTSA REQUIRED - 10H day shift + call (weekday and weekend requirement). Call is every 6-8 weeks and weekday call is roughly 1x a week Response time is 30 mins. 6 Operating rooms performing Urology, ENT, Orthopedic Hand/Foot, GYN, General, Colo Rectal, Robotics, Breast, Plastics, Pain/Spine, Ortho-Joints, and Ortho-Trauma. Must have experience in these areas. Equipment: Aquablation, Stealth navigation, NIM, and advanced surgical robotics. Must have NBSTSA at time of submission. BLS/ACLS-AHA required. Epic experience required. 2+ years of experience required, prior travel preferred. Must be separated from BILH for 6+ months for consideration. No local candidates.
