Shift Details: Varying start times between 0600 and 0800. The ASC is open Monday through Friday. Holidays : none Weekends : none. Candidate should have at least 1 year experience with the OR, GI and/or pain procedures.
Job Summary:
The Surgical Technologist handles instruments, supplies and equipment necessary during the surgical procedure. Has an understanding of the procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon. Has the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and is constantly on vigil for maintenance of the sterile field.
