Surgical Technicians complete assessments of patient needs to provide supportive care before, during, and after procedures. Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be detailed oriented. Surgical Technicians are expected to maintain accurate and complete surgery records, and be able to exhibit teamwork characteristics in decision-making processes.
