Responsibilities
(A) Sales operationsupport (40%)
o Assist the sales team to preparequotations, presentation, customers' proposals, tendering documents and otherad hoc projects
o Generate weekly and monthlysales reports for sales tracking
o Prepare demand forecast by reviewingcustomer's purchasing history and inputs from sales rep
o Work closely with the customerservice team making sure the orders can be delivered on time based on the POsand contracts' requirements
o Assist in making customer'sappointment and customer's follow-ups
o Prepare meeting minutes forweekly sales meeting
(B)Inside sales support (40%)
o Support the sales team in achieving sales targets, key objectives and initiatives
o Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regardingorders, products, and services
o Build andmaintain strong relationship with existing customers
