Seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or RNFA certified Nurse Practitioner to assume the role of Cardiac Surgery First Assistant (CVOR).


Highlights/Qualifications:

• The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience and be proficient in all aspects of first assisting for major cardiac surgical procedures, endoscopic and open vein harvesting, radial artery harvesting, and have experience with a high-volume CT surgery program
• Full-time, employed position

• Work with an established team of Cardiac Surgeons and First Assist NP/PAs
• Hospital privileges
• State of the art heart hospital
• Ability to work with a nationally recognized cardiothoracic surgery program that performs more than 1,000 pump cases annually
