The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising day‑to‑day warehouse activities to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of inventory, inbound and outbound operations, and workforce management while meeting service, cost, and quality targets.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily Resupply operations including receiving, inspecting, scanning/SAP system updating, de‑trash, un‑crating, fixturing, re‑packing, and delivery to manufacturing.
• Coordinate with picking operation to meet delivery and production timelines.
• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of operation team, forklift operators, and contract labour to meet company objectives and key indicators.
• Plan and allocate manpower based on workload and operational priorities.
• Conduct daily briefings, performance monitoring, and on‑the‑job training.
