Responsibilities

• Provide tailored care to residents with severe Learning Disabilities, Autism and other challenging behaviours.
• Support residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Encourage independence and enable residents to live a valued life.
• Maintain effective communication and demonstrate empathy toward residents’ behaviours and expressions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience caring for people with severe Learning Disabilities and Autism.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt tone to the situation.
