Role Overview
We are looking for experienced, committed, and enthusiastic individuals who can demonstrate and deliver high standards of person‑centred care and support to people who have a learning disability and are living at Oak Road.
Responsibilities
- Involved in all aspects of personal care delivery and participate in providing a caring and stimulating environment which promotes choice, independent daily living skills and social activities both within the house and in the wider community.
Qualifications
- Minimum of NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in a Health and Social Care related subject (including medication administration).
- Expected to attain Level 3 in Administering Medication within two months of appointment.
