Radis Community Care are looking for a Part Time Support worker to join the Radis TeamNess Court, Burwell, Cambridgeshire, CB25 0AB.

Situated in the leafy residential village of Burwell, Ness Court provides apartments and communal facilities for over 55s, all designed to offer comfort, independence and peace of mind.

This will be a mix of morning and late shifts, alternate weekends, plus sickness and annual leave cover. 25+ hours per week.

About the role

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, your primary responsibility is to assist elderly individuals who are experiencing physical frailty, helping them maintain as much independence as possible. This includes supporting people we support with restricted mobility by aiding them in moving safely to dining areas for meals, communal spaces for social engagement, and back to the privacy of their own rooms...
