Our client, a Clinical company, is looking for a Support Specialist for their Remote location. Responsibilities:

+ Supplier relations on a tactical level to confirm PO’s, follow up on Past Due / Back Orders and assist with Expedites.

+ Using Reporting Tools to prioritize and document actions.

+ Work Group Mailbox to document in-coming PO confirmation

+ Reach out to Suppliers that do not provide confirmations

+ Work Past Due PO lines and updated ETA/ Tracking information

+ Assist with Back Order Follow up for Root Cause and get- well information

+ Manage discrepancies with Planner; pricing, UOM.

+ Work with receiving plants on Receiving Discrepancies

+ Using tools to prioritize work and document actions

+ Manage all Purchase orders placed through SAP/ ECC as Stock Transport Orders.

+ Verifying DN drops and Goods Issued.
