Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed Functional Design Documents based on business requirements.
Liaise between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of solutions.
Support DocuSign-related processes and troubleshoot user issues as needed.
Utilize Azure and DevOps tools for project tracking, collaboration, and deployment management.
Manage and resolve incidents or service requests within ServiceNow.
