• Provide technical support for Kubernetes clusters, Port.io platform services, Medtronic’s Argo DevSecOps platform, and resolving customer issues and ensuring system reliability.
• Monitor the health and performance of Kubernetes clusters, Port.io, and Medtronic’s Argo environments using tools like Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana.
