DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide Logistics management and inventory control of Government Furnished equipment and materials for installation projects.
Submit requests, track, ship and receive equipment and materials via commercial and DoD carriers and maintain purchasing and inventory control databases and records.
Working knowledge of CMPRO and Navy Ship Modernization process REQUIRED SKILLS/YEARS OF EXPERIENCE Current Professional Logistics Certification is desired – i.e., Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certified in Lifecycle [Acquisition] Logistics Level 1 or have equivalent logistics training (resume to specify all equivalent training) or possess an additional two (2) years working in direct support of defense life-cycle logistics.
